Exhibit Location - For the actual booth layout, see the exhibit floor plan. Exhibits are indoors. Technology - The hotel AV department can offer basic rentals services or refer you for other equipment. Al Law 403-560-2545 Catering - On Monday evening, Coking.com will host the open bar and hors d'oeuvres. Contact Charlotte Naumann at 403.207.8112 for additional hotel catering. Booths - Exhibit space is 10' (3.04m) wide x 7' (2.13m) deep. We provide a 6' X 2' (1.82m x .60m) table with drape, and a chair. Electrical/Phone/Internet - 110 volts is included. For additional power, you must arrange with the hotel. Internet is $50 for the week and must also be arranged with the hotel. Setup -
Monday, September 8th at 9am. Doors close at 4:00PM and

Shipping -
GlobeX Logistics has been designated as the appointed freight forwarder / customs broker for shipments
to our event in Calgary. They can effectively handle shipments from your door to your booth including all
customs clearance assistance. Please direct all of your shipping inquiries to them.
