Older, experienced operators and engineers are retiring. Who will be equipped to take their place? Many of the recent safety incidents in coking units are caused by human error which could have been prevented with proper training.

Coker Overview Training

Who should attend

Ideal for a new operator or maintenance technician. Well suited for a new engineer, designer or salesman who wants an introduction to Coking.

Unit 3 - Facilities Design & Operator Rounds

Training Schedule

The Training class is 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM on September 13, 2010.  It is purchased separately from the seminar for $500/early (by August 6) or $600/regular.  The exhibition on Monday is included for free.

Apply 8 hours of Coker Training towards your annual training requirements.

Who should attend

Engineers, operators and reliability technicians who want to understand the equipment and optimize the process.

Training Schedule

The Training class goes from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM on Thursday, September 16 and 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM on Friday, September 17. 

It is purchased separately from the seminar for $900/early (by August 6) or $1000/regular.  It includes class materials, morning and afternoon snacks and lunch on Thursday and Friday.

Apply 14 hours of Coker Training towards your annual training requirements.
