Uploading Presentations

We will use your powerpoint file for presenting and your Word Technical paper for printing in the Coker Reference. The draft is due June 18. Final copy is due July 16. We will also pre-load your file on our computer to check the display and resolution and to verify that it runs smoothly.

Send your bio to info@coking.com so that we know how to introduce you.

Upload Instructions

Our email server will accept up to a 3 megabyte file. Since most powerpoint presentations are from 10 to 30 mg, we suggest you use our internet storage site at MyDocsOnline.com.

Follow these steps to transfer your file to our site.

1.) Click on this URL or paste it into your browser.

2.) Insert your name and company
Who are the files from:
John Doe at SmithValve

3.) Choose file(s):
Browse to your file location on your computer, for example
C:\Documents and Settings\SmithValve\Desktop\
SmithValve_Coking_Presentation.ppt

4.) Click the Upload Files button

An email will be sent to info@coking.com, notifying us that your file was sent.
