Breakout Discussion GroupsEver been in a large group of a 100 or 200 and felt like you could never really get into the discussion? The break out group sessions are made up of 20 to 30 people with you and your peers, refiners and vendors. Some groups have a subject matter expert that gives a 5 minute introduction to the topic. In other groups, the delegates decide on the topics they want to discuss. The informal group discussions are led by two facilitators. One keeps the group engaged, the other takes notes on a flip chart. Everyone gets a chance to ask questions and get involved in the discussion. Hear what other refineries are doing and explore topics in greater depth that appeal to you. Review the discussion topics from previous seminars. See what topics are planned for this seminar.
