Köln Seminar Exhibit Setup

Exhibit Location - For the actual booth layout, see the exhibit floorplan.

Technology - The hotel AV department can offer basic rental services or refer you for other equipment.

Catering - On Monday evening, Coking.com will host the open bar and hors d'oeuvres. Contact the hotel for additional hotel catering.

Booths - We provide a 1.82m x .6m (6 Feet X 2 Feet) skirted table and chair. There will not be any pipe and drape. The approximate size of the booth is 2.3M (8 feet).

Electrical/Phone/Internet - Basic electrical is included. Check the hotel for more power, internet, or phone.

Setup - Monday, 29 September, booth setup at 9:00AM. Doors close at 4:00PM and reopen for exhibiting at 5:00PM.

Take down - Thursday 12:30PM.
There is a $500 early take down fee for any exhibitor who needs to take down before the designated time.

Schedule - The Exhibits open at 5:00PM Monday.  Check the Exhibit and Presentation schedules for a list of events and additional times.

- Signature on the prospectus
- Certificate of insurance
- Description of your exhibit for the web, the binder, and for promotions

Shipping - Globex Logistics, Inc. has been designated as the appointed freight forwarder / customs broker for shipments to our event in Cologne. They can effectively handle shipments from your door to your booth including all customs clearance assistance. Please direct all of your shipping inquiries to them.
