Training is 29 September 8:00 - 5:00, with the exhibits
from 5:00 - 7:00PM. The conference spans 4 days, opening
Monday, 29 September at 5:00 PM with the Exhibition,
cocktail reception and informal networking. The conference
continues Tuesday, 30 September at 8:00 AM to Thursday, 2
October at 12:00 PM. It includes breakfast, breaks, lunch,
and the Coker Reference Manual— a binder with presentation
notes, equipment lists and contacts, Factory tours, evening
dinners and hospitality. Dress is Smart Casual (jacket,
tie is optional).
Fees are fully refundable until 1 August, then there
will be a $200 cancellation or transfer fee to someone else in your
company. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the event will be refunded
50% of registration. All cancellations and transfers need to be submitted
by email or fax. Early registration discounts apply
