Exhibit Location - For the actual booth layout, see the exhibit floor plan. Exhibits are indoors. Technology - The hotel AV department can offer basic rentals services or refer you for other equipment. Catering - All food and beverages served in the hotel must be purchased from the Intercontinental Rio Hotel. Booths - Exhibit space is 10 feet (3.04m) wide x 10feet (3.04m) deep. We provide a 6' X 2' (1.82m x .60m) table with drape, and a chair. Electrical/Phone/Internet - 220 volts is included. For additional power, you must make arrangements with the hotel. Setup -

reopen for exhibiting at 17:00. Shipping -
Globex Logistics, Inc. has been designated as the appointed freight forwarder / customs broker for shipments
to our event in
Rio de Janeiro, Brasil. They can effectively handle shipments from your door to your booth including all
customs clearance assistance. Please direct all of your shipping inquiries to them.
