Presentation Guidelines
- The first slide is a title page including your name and your company's name.
- Include one of the Coking.com logos shown below with the
date and location of the conference.
Right click on it and
choose Save As.
- Number each slide.
- Use high resolution photos in your powerpoint file.
They display and print better. Do not compress them. Your file will be much
larger and may load slowly, but the clarity of
the presentation and the printing is worth it.
If photos are real dark, lighten them up or
request our assistance.
- Your slides will be printed 3 per page in color for the Coker Reference Manual binder.
- You can have up to 30 slides.
- If your slides have brief bullet points, you can include a paper or more
comprehensive notes on your presentation that
will be included in the CD.
- TRANSLATIONS. We encourage you to include the
Portuguese or Spanish translation in the
Speaker's Notes below the slide as shown in the example.
The translations will be printed in the binder. This is
very helpful for someone listening in the other language.
It is also very useful for his associates back at the refinery
who do not have the benefit of the live translation.

Presentations if you need to find out more about what kind of
presentations we are looking for. If you are ready to submit a
paper, fill out the Presenter's
Registration Form. The title and other descriptions you
submit are used to advertise you on the web, in emails and in the
conference binder index. The sooner you fill it out, the
sooner we can start promoting you and your topic.
