Exhibit Setup

Exhibit Location - For the actual booth layout, see the exhibit floor plan.

Technology - The hotel AV department can offer basic rental services or refer you for other equipment. Contact is Doug Compton, 409.683.4511

Shipping - Globex Logistics will provide airfreight and trucking services from your door to the George Fern Co. advanced warehouse or direct to the show (via George Fern Co.). They have dedicated staff making sure your exhibits and products make the show on time.  Please contact them as follows:

Drayage (storage and handling) - To receive and hold shipments, make arrangements with the decorator, George Fern Company, Michael Triola, 281-260-7200. See the Hotel Page for details.

Catering - Contact the hotel for additional hotel catering. If you would you like to host a cocktail reception, contact Coking.com.

Booths (Stands) - We provide a 6' X 30" (@ 2m x .8 m) skirted table and chair, full carpeting.

Electrical/Phone/Internet - 110 volts is included. For more power or internet, please email marlea@coking.com and request a form.

Setup - Monday, April 19th, Heavy Equipment setup is at 6AM. Pipe/drape and carpet at 8:00AM. Booth setup at 12:00PM.

Take down - Thursday at 1:00PM. $500 fee for taking down early.

Schedule - The Exhibits open Monday evening at 5:00PM with a cocktail reception. Check the Exhibit and Presentation schedules for a list of events and additional times.
