Please contact them as follows: Drayage (storage and handling) - To receive and hold shipments, make arrangements with the decorator, George Fern Company, Michael Triola, 281-260-7200. Booths (Stands) - We provide a 6' X 30" (@ 2m x .8 m) skirted table and chair, full carpeting. Electrical/Phone/Internet - 110 volts is included. Monday, April 19th, Heavy Equipment setup is at 6AM.
Pipe/drape and carpet at 8:00AM. Booth setup at 12:00PM. Schedule - The Exhibits open Monday evening at 5:00PM with a cocktail reception. Check the Exhibit and Presentation schedules for a list of events and additional times. Be sure to read the sponsor/exhibitor planner for all the details.
