Reservations:

  1. Call 888-388-8484, give the group ID "23010" password "37009561"

    OR

  2. Go to www.moodygardenshotel.com and put in the arrival and departure date in the reservation box. Then click on group and enter the Group ID: 23010 and Password: 37009561.  The group rate is guaranteed until February 28.  After that you may need to call in to see if there are any more discounted rooms.

Limousine Service

Galveston Limousine Shuttle Service would like to offer a discounted Airport shuttle rate to the customers coming in for the Coking.com Conference.

Hobby Airport - $60.00 Round Trip per person
IAH Airport - $70.00 Round Trip per person

Reservations can be made by calling our office from 7:30am to 5:00pm @ 409-744-5466 or toll free @ 800-640-4826.
Please mention that you are with the Coking.com Conference to receive the discounted rate.
Reservations must be prepaid in advance to receive the discounted rate.
All reservations must be made by April 15, 2010, after the deadline it will be full fare.

Drayage (storage and handling)

Please make arrangements with the decorator to receive and hold shipments at least thirty (30) days prior to the event.  The decorator is George Fern Company, Michael Triola, 281-260-7200.

Material Handling

Material Handling Information:

Advance freight shipments are accepted up to 30 days prior to the show. Advance Shipments should be labeled:

George Fern Co will send out a full contract with shipping information 6 weeks prior to the event.

Shipping

Globex Logistics will provide airfreight and trucking services from your door to the George Fern Co. advanced warehouse or direct to the show (via George Fern Co.). They have dedicated staff making sure your exhibits and products make the show on time. Globex will also coordinate shipping to and from Rio and Calgary. Please contact them as follows:
