Training is March 10th 8:00 - 5:00, with the exhibits from 5:00 - 7:00. The conference spans 4 days, opening Monday, March 23 at 5:00 PM with the Exhibition, cocktail reception and informal networking. The conference continues Tuesday, March 24 at 8:00 AM to Thursday, March 26 at 12:00 PM. It includes breakfast, breaks, lunch, and the Coker Reference Manual— a binder with presentation notes, equipment lists and contacts.

Fees are fully refundable until 30 days prior to the event, then there will be a $200 cancellation or transfer fee to someone else in your company. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the event will be refunded 50% of registration. All cancellations and transfers need to be submitted by email or fax. Early registration discounts apply if we receive your payment by February 6th. Send questions to seminars@coking.com. By attending the seminar, you allow Coking.com to use your photo and comments in marketing and promotions.
