DELTAGUARD® COKE DRUM UNHEADING DEVICEThrough new innovative technology, the DeltaGuard Coke Drum Unheading Device provides the safest working environment within the delayed coking industry worldwide. By design, the DeltaGuard establishes a closed piping system that eliminates exposure risks, reduces maintenance costs, maximizes throughput and is cost competitive.

Current unheading technologies do not adequately address the issue of safety. They are also complex to operate and require high maintenance budgets. Conversely, the DeltaGuard provides an environment within which unheading and reheading are safe, simple and cost effective. By facilitating a sealed connection from the top of the coke drum through to the discharge chute, the DeltaGuard significantly reduces the risks of exposing plant personnel or plant equipment to the harsh coking process. Furthermore, with the DeltaGuard unheading device there is no requirement for replaceable drumhead gaskets, fittings, and other alignment devices.
