The convection section was replaced in '00. No inspection has been done since that time. Our furnace is not equipped w/ soot blowers, either. We have never done mechanical cleaning on any section of the coker heater, only steam-air decoking. Unfortunately, most of our dP data is field data. I don't have a post-installation baseline, only design data, to compare w/ current operation.
