It is understandable not to have sootblower(s) because you are firing gas fuel. Better late than never to monitor delta periodically & plot the curve after you have mechanically clean the heater and then establish your post operational baseline. Furthermore, schedule inspection every heater decoking cycle so that you can have a feel and/or correlation of the delta P build up with the amount of deposit or condition of the heater fire/gas side.
