This Discussion Forum at Coking.com is hugely popular! We're making it even better.
In the New Forum, you can receive an email notification whenever someone responds to your question or to any specific thread you are following. Those of you who don't have email or internet at work, can take advantage of this feature by getting an email account from yahoo, hotmail or msn.
The postings are organized into 8 major topics like:
1) Cokedrums (top & bottom unheading, drums, scan, gauge, laser inspect)
2) Heaters & Decoking (heaters & furnaces, pigging, on-line spalling, steam air decoking.)
3) Antifoam, Quench Oil, Level Control.
4) Pumps, Valves, Rotary Joints and more...
We're looking for a few people to review and comment on our new format before we release it to the thousands of other coker folks. If you would like to participate, send an email to paul@coking.com, Subject: "Show me the New Discussion Forum." We'll send you the link.
There's lots of exciting new features, but rather than tell you about all of them, we'd like you to experience them first hand. Try out the new site without me explaining how it works. Does it flow, does it make sense, can you figure it out? Is there anything that's too complicated? We want you opinion on what works and what doesn't?
