Have any one measured VOC in the coker vent gas during the minutes before deheading coke drum or any time? As part of Title V, we were asked to get an estimate, have one idea (use VOC draegers to measure). There should not be any VOC do stripping that goes on during quenching, etc. Any actual experience doing so out there? Thanks, AP Maymi
